Ever-Changing Reflection

Your pain is the breaking of the shell that encloses your understanding... It is the bitter potion by which the physician within you heals your sick self. Therefore trust the physician, and drink his remedy in silence and tranquility.

Thankful Tuesday

I'm grateful I was able to catch up on my Reader today! It's EMPTY! Yahoo! Luv ya all.

I'm grateful to discover that the tough stuff I've been going through lately I'm not alone in experiencing. I've been reading about some of you who are going through similar situations, and today, I had a long talk with a coworker who shares the same experience and feelings. It's nice to be able to bond over shared pain and have someone to learn and grow with.

I'm grateful Jed is able to work from home today so I can spend a full day in the office (that's right, people, no sweatpants and couch for me today! I'm full business casual attire in my cube) and go to the gym after work.

I'm grateful for another great prayer group discussion last night at church. I come home feeling so peaceful and inspired. It is truly interesting to learn about prayer.

I'm grateful for sunshine today. Yup, I'm actually grateful it's not snowing.

What are you grateful for today?
